The US has accused China of "flagrant violation" of its obligation to enforce international sanctions on North Korea and offered rewards of up to ₹36.7 crore for information about sanctions evasions. The US said that it has observed ships carrying sanctioned goods from North Korea to China on 555 separate occasions over the past year.
