The Canton Police Department in Ohio has released the bodycam video of a man who died after he was handcuffed with his hands behind his back and pinned to the ground by the cops. The 53-year-old man repeatedly said, "I can't breathe." The incident can draw a comparison to the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis in May 2020.
