Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has compared US President Joe Biden to German dictator Adolf Hitler, saying they have a "mindset" which justifies authoritarian behaviour. "I'm pretty sure they all believe they're doing what's best," Gabbard said while comparing the two leaders. Gabbard made the remarks while campaigning for the upcoming midterm elections.
