US investigative journalist Annie Jacobsen said on the podcast that the CIA's own lawyer told her a US President can override an executive order by writing a new classified one. "The president can pretty much do whatever he wants. He is the supreme leader," she said. "That's how killings of top al-Qaeda figures were allowed after 9/11," she added.
