The US recorded its highest rise in daily coronavirus cases at over 50,000 in the past 24 hours, according to the Johns Hopkins University tracker on Wednesday. The US is the worst coronavirus-hit country in the world with nearly 27 lakh COVID-19 cases. The country has reported over 1.28 lakh deaths from coronavirus so far, the tracker showed.
