The US government refused to comply with a Virginia federal judge's order to halt the deportation of Badar Khan Suri, an Indian man facing removal over his alleged ties to Hamas. US government wants to shift Suri's case to Texas, where he's currently detained. Suri has been residing in US on student visa and is married to an American national.
