After US restricted charter flights from India accusing it of engaging in "discriminatory practices", the Civil Aviation Ministry said it had received requests from US, France and Germany to allow their airlines to operate repatriation flights. "We've also had one round of negotiations with the US. They were invited to submit precise proposals in this respect," the ministry said.
