Eritrea's Foreign Minister Osman Saleh blamed US administrations that supported Tigray People's Liberation Movement (TPLF) for the past 20 years for the ongoing conflict in Ethiopia's Tigray region. He also accused US President Joe Biden's administration of "stoking further conflict and destabilisation" in Tigray through intimidation. Saleh added that blaming Eritrea for the war was "unfounded".
