US sanctions Int'l Criminal Court Prez & senior lawyer, calls it 'sham of a court'

US sanctioned International Criminal Court (ICC) President Tomoko Akane and senior lawyer Abdoulaye Seye in its latest move to "dismantle" the court. Calling the ICC a "sham of a court", State Secretary Marco Rubio said, "[It has] maliciously abused its authority and exceeded its mandate." "Americans will never be transported beyond seas to be tried for pretend offences," he added.
