After US Senator Elizabeth Warren said Bitcoin uses energy to solve "useless, complicated math problems", Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey replied saying, "If you believe Bitcoin doesn't ultimately shift power from banks and corporations...back to the people globally...you're right...useless." Warren further called for a crackdown on Bitcoin and said it "eats up more energy than entire countries".
