A former female employee of US-based file digitising startup Ripcord has accused the startup's CEO Alex Fielding of improper behaviour at the workplace. According to her, Fielding discussed pornography in front of her and made a lewd comment about her. She also alleges she was fired in retaliation for reporting a fellow employee to human resources.
