Jensen Hu, US-based Founder of the startup Stan. has claimed he spends $3,000/week (nearly ₹2.7 lakh) to buy lunch for his team, calling them the "most productive" parts of his week. The connection felt by the team outside of work builds "so much" cohesion inside work, he said. "A high-performance culture is a feel-good culture...for the right people," he added.
