Hundreds of students in US' Boston and Chicago walked out of classes on Friday to protest in-person classes and demanded a switch to remote learning amid rising coronavirus cases due to the Omicron variant. The US, which is the worst coronavirus-hit country in the world, is currently seeing an average of 7,50,000 cases a day and over 1,600 daily deaths.
