US Supreme Court allowed President Donald Trump to use a wartime law, 1798 Alien Enemies Act, to carry out deportations. The detainees must, however, receive adequate notice that they're being removed under this law and be able to seek relief. A lower court had temporarily blocked deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador last month under this law.
