The US authorities have taken down dozens of Iranian news websites accusing them of spreading disinformation. "US seized 33 websites used by...Iranian Islamic Radio and Television Union (IRTVU) and three websites operated by Kataib Hezbollah (KH), in violation of US sanctions," the Department of Justice said. However, several of the sites were back online within hours with new domain addresses.
