Commenting on US' tariffs on India, US economist Richard Wolff said that the "US is acting like it is the world's tough guy, but it is actually shooting itself in the foot". Wolff added that India will divert its exports to other BRICS nations because of US' move, saying, "US is developing the BRICS as an alternative to the West."
