US traveller praises free treatment at Odisha hospital

American traveller and filmmaker Mike praised India's public healthcare after receiving free treatment at a government hospital in rural Odisha. He was taken there after vomiting continuously for 12 hours during his trip. Mike received an IV drip, anti-vomiting medicines and injections, saying the same treatment could have cost around $2,000 in the US.
