US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen reportedly consumed mushrooms with hallucinogenic properties during her official visit to China recently. According to CNN, Yellen ordered four portions of jian shou qing, a wild mushroom species. If not cooked properly, the mushroom can cause hallucinations. However, the restaurant where Yellen dined confirmed that jian shou qing dishes are properly prepared.
