In San Antonio, Angela Garza-Amador was arrested for leaving her three young children in a car for nearly an hour in 98-100°F heat. Bystanders alerted police, who rescued the distressed kids aged 1 month, 2 years, and 4 years. Garza-Amador faces charges of abandoning/endangering a child.
