A woman died after a botched cosmetic surgery by an unlicensed doctor in US' New York City, her family said in a GoFundMe update. Maria Penaloza Cabrera passed away on April 11, weeks after undergoing a butt implant removal procedure. Felipe Hoyos-Foronda, 38, allegedly performed the procedure at the woman's home and administered lidocaine through a syringe, causing cardiac arrest.
