A woman was rescued by firefighters after she fell into a vault toilet at a national park in US' Seattle while she was trying to retrieve her phone, which had also fallen in. The woman had disassembled the toilet and used dog leashes to get her phone, authorities said. A vault toilet has a tank underneath it to hold waste.
