A 34-year-old US woman who was bound and gagged with duct tape for violent behaviour on an American Airlines flight in 2021, has been sued by US' Federal Aviation Administration for failing to pay the fine. Heather Wells was handed a record-high fine of $81,950 by FAA. Wells allegedly kicked and bit staff and attempted to open front cabin door.
