A Washington-based woman has sued Uber over sexual assault by an Uber driver last year, who pleaded guilty and is serving jail time. The lawsuit states Uber failed to warn her of the risk its services posed to women, in particular to drunk women. The victim is seeking $10 million in damages to compensate for the physical and emotional injuries.
