US-based talent evaluation company SHL announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Gurugram-based job credentialing startup Aspiring Minds. The deal is expected to cost between ₹567-₹709 crore and is likely to close in November, reports said. Founded by Himanshu Aggarwal and Varun Aggarwal, Aspiring Minds' product involves AI-powered talent assessment and interviewing solutions.
