Accenture CEO Julie Sweet recently said employees seeking promotions must demonstrate proficiency in using company's AI. "Today, AI at Accenture is how we do work...If you want to get promoted, you've to do...things that we do...to operate at Accenture," she said. Recently, a report noted that employees recommended for promotion used AI 50% more often than those who weren't recommended.
