Use of mere swear words not obscenity: SC on man who used the word 'motherf**ker'

Supreme Court has held that abusive language, however offensive or uncivil, won't amount to obscenity unless they're lascivious, appeal to prurient interests, and have tendency to corrupt those exposed to them. It made the observation while partly allowing appeal of a man convicted for obscenity for using words "motherf**ker" and "son of a wh*re" during altercation over land dispute.
