The Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) joined hands to boost tourism in the state’s border villages and develop offbeat and remote areas. On January 1, UTDB and ITBP signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). It is a strategic move to expand helicopter services in border regions.
