The tragic death of four youths after their car plunged into a deep gorge on the under-construction Utrala-Holi road in Baijnath subdivision of Kangra district on late Monday night has exposed serious lapses in safety enforcement and administrative oversight. The accident occurred near Sokhru when the driver of the car reportedly lost control over the wheel.
