Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan called the show-cause notice issued to him by the Enforcement Directorate over alleged FEMA violations in KIIFB case "utterly ridiculous". "When elections approach, certain things are bound to happen...They must be planning many such moves, and this may be one of them," he said. He further stated that KIIFB has not deviated from following RBI standards.
