V-Marc India PAT jumps 177%; board approves 5:1 bonus
V-Marc India reported strong FY26 performance with revenue rising 98.6% YoY to ₹1,797.31 crore, while PAT surged 177.2% to ₹100.05 crore. In Q4FY26, PAT jumped 157.2% to ₹63.61 crore. The board approved a 5:1 bonus issue and announced a ₹500 crore capex plan to expand production capacity by FY30.
