Vadodara Police launches app for live tracking, QR codes at Garba venues for Navratri

The Vadodara Police launched Navratri Suraksha App, which will track people leaving Garba venues and alert police control room when someone fails to arrive home at the expected time. The police also installed QR codes at Garba venues. This comes weeks after five men received life terms in the 2024 Navratri gang-rape case, which took place in the district's jurisdiction.
