French cosmetics company L'Oréal Paris has named Val Garland as its Global Makeup Director. The makeup artist has created runway looks and editorial coverage for major fashion publications apart from working with celebrities including Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga. "I can't wait to get inside the science labs at this number one beauty brand and co-create the make-up," said Val.
