Valparai leopard drags 5-year-old boy for 15 metres

A leopard attacked five-year-old Bhishithan while he was playing in the courtyard of his house in Upper Parali, Valparai. The leopard pounced on the boy, grabbed him and dragged him nearly 15 metres before fleeing after plantation workers gathered. Bhishithan suffered head injuries and was admitted to Coimbatore Medical College for treatment following the attack.
