At least 3 women were infected with HIV after getting vampire facials at a spa, making it the first-ever case of the disease being spread through cosmetic injection services. The CDC report says one of the women in her 40s, who said she was never exposed to any known factors for the virus-like injection drugs, blood transfusions, or sexual contact.
