Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Sunday announced that the new Vande Bharat sleeper trains will be operational within three months. Vaishnaw made the announcement after inspecting the coaches of the train. "This train is the mode of transport for the middle class, so the fare will be kept affordable. It will be benchmarked with the Rajdhani Express," Vaishnaw said.
