Vasanth & Co Founder and Congress MP H Vasanthakumar, who had tested positive for COVID-19, passed away aged 70 in Tamil Nadu's Chennai. "All of us, along with lakhs of his supporters, will always miss him deeply," Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala tweeted. Condoling his demise, PM Narendra Modi tweeted, "I always saw his passion towards Tamil Nadu's progress."
