Anil Agarwal-led Vedanta Limited has announced that its board has approved a second interim dividend of ₹16 per equity share on a face value of ₹1 each for the financial year 2025-26. The payout amounts to approximately ₹6,256 crore, the company revealed in a regulatory filing. The company has set August 27 as the record date for the dividend payment.
