Vedanta has appointed Sonal Shrivastava as its CFO effective June 1. She last worked as Holcim Group's CFO for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa operations. Shrivastava will be responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analytics. "We are confident that she will play a vital role in the company's future years," Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal said.
