Vedanta CFO Sonal Shrivastava is planning to resign months after joining the company, Bloomberg reported. She reportedly informed Chairman Anil Agarwal about her decision last month and the billionaire is in talks with other finance professionals to find her replacement. If her resignation is accepted, she would be the third CFO in three years to exit the company.
