After NCLAT declined to stay Adani Group's resolution plan for the assets of bankrupt Jaiprakash Associates, Vedanta has moved the Supreme Court, Moneycontrol reported. Vedanta argues its bid of ₹16,726 crore offered a higher value than Adani's ₹14,535 crore offer. Earlier, Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal said they had won the bidding process before it was reversed in a "commercial conspiracy".
