Vedanta Ltd has opened an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1.59% stake in Hindustan Zinc Ltd, selling about 6.7 crore shares at a ₹685 floor price to raise over ₹4,500 crore. The sale began for institutions on January 28 and opened to retail investors on January 29, letting individuals bid above the floor price on NSE/BSE.
