Vedantu Co-founder Vamsi Krishna has said the edtech startup is not in talks with BYJU'S for an acquisition or merger. Earlier, Entrackr had reported that BYJU'S was in talks to acquire Vedantu for $700 million-$800 million. However, Vedantu is in advanced stages to close a new financing round that would value it at over $1 billion, TechCrunch reported.
