Vegan 'fried chicken' restaurant opens in London

A restaurant serving vegan 'fried chicken' has opened in London, with dishes like 'chicken' wings and burgers. Temple of Seitan Co-founder Rebecca McGuinness explained, "The fried chicken is made from seitan (meat substitute derived from wheat), we use vital wheat gluten mixed with soy and seasonings to replicate the flavours." There were long queues outside the restaurant when it opened.
