A vegetable seller from UP was caught selling heroin at his shop in Delhi's Anand Vihar Railway Station area, the police said. The accused, Rahul, was held in a trap that police laid on July 17. Over 200 grams of narcotics were seized and a case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act was registered, a police officer said.
