Vehicle-borne IED used for Delhi suicide bomb attack, says NIA
As NIA made its first breakthrough in the Delhi blast case, it said the car being driven by the suicide bomber, Umar Un Nabi, was used as a vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device (IED). NIA arrested the suicide bomber's aide, Amir Rashid Ali, who helped him purchase the car that exploded near Red Fort. Ali was arrested from Delhi.
