Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) announced on Friday that vehicles abandoned on footpaths and public places will be towed after giving owners a 7-day notice and then auctioned within a week. Vehicle owners will have to pay a fine for their vehicle to be released before the auction. A wheel clamp will be attached to vehicles along with the 7-day notice.
