Vehicles without high-security registration plates (HSRP) will be fined ₹5,000 in Noida and Ghaziabad as the deadline to install the same ended on February 15. The central government had made HSRP mandatory for commercial and non-commercial vehicles manufactured or registered after April 1, 2019.
