All-rounder Venkatesh Iyer has been bought by RCB for ₹7 crore in IPL 2026 mini auction after a bidding war with KKR. With this, Venkatesh has suffered a salary cut of ₹16.75 crore as he was bought for ₹23.75 crore by KKR in IPL 2025 mega auction. He was released by KKR ahead of IPL 2026 mini auction.
