Venu Srinivasan, Chairman Emeritus of TVS Motor, has resigned from the Bai Hirabai Jamsetji Tata Navsari Charitable Institution, part of the allied Tata Trusts. His resignation comes after former trustee Mehli Mistry questioned the eligibility of Srinivasan and another trustee, Vijay Singh. Mistry had reportedly filed an objection with the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner.
