Veritas Finance, a non-deposit-taking NBFC, has refiled preliminary IPO papers with SEBI for a ₹900 crore fresh issue of equity shares. The proposed IPO also includes an OFS of up to 1.28 crore equity shares by existing shareholders. The company refiled the draft papers just ahead of the expiry of the regulatory approval granted for the company's earlier IPO proposal.
